    These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and Student Portal operated by Eklabhya Classes Pvt. Ltd. ("Eklabhya Classes", "we", "our", or "us"), located at Plot No. 11, Satyanagar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha – 751007. By accessing our website, registering for a course, or using the Student Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

    2. Definitions

    • "Services" means our website, the Student Portal, coaching, study materials, tests, and related offerings.
    • "Student Portal" means the secure portal accessible at portal.eklabhyaclasses.in (or such address as we notify) where students view timetables, assignments, announcements, and results.
    • "User", "you" means any person who accesses the Services, including students and their parents/guardians.

    3. Eligibility and Accounts

    • Student Portal accounts are created by Eklabhya Classes for enrolled students. You may not create an account on behalf of another person without authorisation.
    • If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
    • You may sign in using the credentials we provide or, where enabled, through Google Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

    4. Use of the Services

    You agree to use the Services only for lawful, personal, educational purposes. You must not:

    • share, sell, or transfer your account or access credentials to anyone else;
    • copy, record, redistribute, or publicly post our study materials, tests, recordings, or portal content without our written permission;
    • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the portal, other users' accounts, or our systems;
    • upload or transmit any unlawful, harmful, or infringing content;
    • disrupt, overload, or interfere with the operation or security of the Services.

    We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms or institute rules.

    5. Intellectual Property

    All content provided through the Services — including study materials, question banks, tests, recordings, text, graphics, logos, and the software powering the Student Portal — is the property of Eklabhya Classes Pvt. Ltd. (or its licensors) and is protected by applicable laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use this content solely for your own learning while enrolled. No other rights are granted.

    6. Admissions, Fees and Refunds

    • Admission is subject to eligibility, seat availability, and any scholarship or entrance-test conditions stated at the time of admission.
    • Course fees are as communicated at the time of admission.
    • All fee, cancellation, and refund matters are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, available at eklabhyaclasses.in/refund-policy.

    7. No Guarantee of Results

    We provide coaching, materials, and guidance to support your preparation. We do not guarantee any particular rank, score, or selection in NEET, JEE, board, or any other examination. Outcomes depend on each student's own effort and factors outside our control.

    8. Academic Content and Availability

    • We strive to keep schedules, materials, and portal information accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that all content is error-free or always available.
    • Batches, faculty, timetables, and venues may change for operational reasons; we will inform enrolled students of significant changes.
    • The Student Portal is provided on an "as available" basis. We may perform maintenance or experience downtime, and we are not liable for temporary unavailability.

    9. Third-Party Services

    The Services may use or link to third parties, such as Google (for sign-in), our hosting provider, and any online test platform we use. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of Google Sign-In is also subject to Google's own terms and policies.

    10. Privacy

    Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information. Please review it.

    11. Suspension and Termination

    • We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, violate institute rules, or engage in conduct that harms other students, staff, or our systems.
    • You may stop using the Services at any time and request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.
    • Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

    12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

    • The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
    • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eklabhya Classes Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.
    • Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

    14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
