- Google Account Information: When you sign in to the Student Portal using Google Sign-In, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We do not receive your Google password or any access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google service.
- Academic Information: Batch/group, timetable, assignments, test results, and progress records created within the Student Portal.
- Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent, and device/browser information collected through standard server logs and cookies.
3. Google OAuth — How We Use It
Our Student Portal offers Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0) as an optional authentication method. If you choose "Sign in with Google":
- We request only your basic profile information: name, email address, and profile picture.
- We do not request access to your Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google service.
- Your Google password is never shared with or stored by us. We store only the session/authentication token needed to keep you signed in.
- You can revoke our access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Eklabhya Classes' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate and maintain your Student Portal account.
- To respond to enquiries and admission requests.
- To send academic notifications, timetable updates, and announcements.
- To improve our website and services based on usage patterns.

Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Connections are secured with SSL/HTTPS. While we take reasonable steps, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
