Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the fee, cancellation, and refund terms for courses offered by Eklabhya Classes Pvt. Ltd. ("Eklabhya Classes", "we", "our", or "us"), Plot No. 11, Satyanagar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha – 751007. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.

1. Fees

• Course fees are as communicated at the time of admission and in the current fee structure.
• Fees may be paid in full or in instalments, as per the schedule agreed at admission.
• All fees are quoted and payable in Indian Rupees (INR).

2. How to Request Cancellation

• A cancellation request must be made in writing — by email to eklabhyaclasses@gmail.com or in person at our office.
• Any refund is calculated from the date we receive the written request, not the date a student stops attending classes.

3. Refund Schedule

• Cancellation before classes begin: refund of 75% of fees paid, less a non-refundable registration/admission charge of ₹5,000.
• Cancellation within 15 days of the course start date: refund of 50% of fees paid, less the registration/admission charge.
• Cancellation after 15 days from the course start date, or after 25% of the course has been delivered (whichever is earlier): no refund.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable once paid or issued:

• the registration/admission fee of ₹5,000;
• charges for study material or kits that have already been issued;
• charges for online test-platform access that has already been activated;
• any late fees or penalties.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

• Approved refunds are paid by bank transfer to the registered account.
• Refunds are processed within 30 working days of approval.

6. Changes by Eklabhya Classes

• We may reschedule batches, change faculty, or adjust timings for operational reasons; such changes are not, by themselves, grounds for a refund.
• If we cancel a course entirely, we will offer enrolled students a transfer to another batch or a pro-rata refund of fees for the undelivered portion.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Fees pay for coaching, materials, and guidance. We do not guarantee any particular rank, score, or selection in any examination, and results are not grounds for a refund. (See Section 7 of our Terms of Service.)

8. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
